Treating Concealed Commands as Off-table
Number: 5
Description:
Regarding the commentary, one aspect which I believe is incorrect is
the treatment of concealed commands - the commentary believes they
should be treated as if 'off the table' (commentary pages 14 & 22) and
get a different coloured PIP dice. However the rules (see page 26)
clearly state the situations in which a command dices independently.
Nowhere do the rules mention 'concealed command' but flank marches,
delayed commands, dead generals and broken commands are specifically
mentioned. IMO the committee got this one wrong and I'd be interested
to hear other opinions.

Suggestion for tighter wording on discovery of HO
Number: 2
Description:Doug M posted this on the dbmmlist
My wording would be that
"if a single element move reaches or crosses hidden obstacles, the HO
are revealed and must be placed at the completion of that move.
If a group move reaches or crosses hidden obstacles, the HO are revealed
and must be placed at the completion of that group move."
